Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in AI-powered marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-driven tools.
- Experience in training teams or conducting workshops on new technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and sales optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on AI and content creation and social media management.

Key Activities
AI Enablement & Training:
- Educate and train destination and sales teams on effectively using Copilot.
- Develop best practices, guides, and training materials for AI tasks.
- Conduct live workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Stay updated on new AI capabilities and features.
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Create AI-enhanced marketing materials, including personalized sales pitches and automated email campaigns.
- Use AI-driven insights to tailor proposals and improve client engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize AI-generated content.
- Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to improve marketing and sales processes.
Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:
- Analyze AI-generated content performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Support sales teams with AI-powered analytics to identify customer trends.
- Work with IT and digital teams to optimize AI tool integration.
