As an ETL developer, you will
- Create production-grade code that customers can trust - it performs efficiently and handles errors in data proactively.
- Continuously improve ETL workflows and propose enhancements to optimize performance.
- Assist with ad hoc data analyses and studies.
To succeed in this role, you should
- Enjoy working with data, and also solving real (business) problems.
- Have a keen eye for (missing) details while also being able to see the big picture.
- Follow high standards in data security and personal data protection
- Be experienced in data manipulation using Airflow, Python (Pandas), Spark, Java, Bash.
- Be familiar with MongoDB and Elasticsearch and also with traditional SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and be able to quickly learn new tools and technologies when necessary.
- Have experience working with data in public cloud environments.
You will get bonus points if
- You have a talent for presenting findings in data in an easy-to-understand form for non-technical audiences.
- You have experience working in industries outside of ICT.
- You can present some interesting cases from your portfolio.
