We are looking for a Logistic Specialist for the Global Ocean Center located in Tallinn
As a Logistic Specialist,
you work with different production units within the Wood products division, external stakeholders and different departments within the organization to ensure orders are processed correctly and on-time. You´re responsible for providing logistics services within established processes and requirements to ensure a successful delivery service (container and truck deliveries).
Main tasks will be:
- booking and documentation of Global Ocean Container shipments
- booking handling for truck deliveries customer service support to CSC, Mill, Supply chain and Sales
- contact with shipping lines, terminals, container pre-carriage companies, customs and trucking companies for import deliveries
- deviation reports
- process improvements
This position is for you if you:
- have 3-5 years of Overseas experience, alternatively logistics education on university level
- have relevant competence/education and experience in the Logistics area
- have excellent communication and cooperation skills
- are service minded
- have ability to work in an international environment
- have willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
- support and substitution of team members when needed
- have deep competence of MS Office
- have profound understanding for the use of the IT systems from an operational and business perspective
- are fluent in English and Estonian. Finnish is an advantage.

This is a fixed-term role to replace an employee on parental leave.
