🚀 Join Our Growing Team in Estonia as a Business Development Manager!
About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing staffing agency specializing in providing top-tier workforce solutions. As we open our new branch in Estonia, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us establish and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential business clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing and selecting candidates for our clients.
- Operations Coordination: Manage administrative tasks, including contract preparation, scheduling, and compliance with local regulations.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Customer Success: Ensure excellent client and employee satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining open communication.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in business development, HR, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Estonian and Russian.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Estonia's labour laws and employment practices (preferred but not mandatory).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and results.
