Responsibilities:

• Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities and partnerships for franchise expansion.
• Leading the profitable operation of trade activities and franchise networks.
• Analyzing and optimizing performance metrics to meet business objectives.
• Driving the opening, development, and management of new regional stores and franchise locations.
• Planning, organizing, and managing activities for supervised employees, ensuring efficiency and goal alignment.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Bachelors degree and 5-years of experience preferably in senior management roles with at least 3 years in B2B, wholesale. 
• Strong network within the industry and proven ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English/Russian languages.
• Strong in strategic thinking, organizational and negotiation skills, operational skills, networking and relationship building, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of commerce, market analysis, and franchise or B2B (wholesale) operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
• B category drivers license.
