Job description
Aquaphor Professional is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in Technical Sales for an International client. As part of our successful International Sales team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes for the existing and new B2B customers.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage new prospects, both through cold emails and online lead-generation platforms, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients worldwide.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with international B2B clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through technical consulting, negotiation and closing, ensuring targets are met and growth goals are achieved.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs within the water treatment industry, helping shape sales and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Event Management & Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows globally to represent our brand, build networks, and generate leads.
Reporting & Analytics: Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to leadership to inform strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within a global, technology-focused company.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical products, preferably in water treatment or a related field.
Languages: English B2/C1 level is a must. Other languages an advantage
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive messages for international audiences.
Results Orientation: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI goals.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data to drive effective strategies.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Location: Must be physically based in Tallinn, Estonia or close surroundings.
