Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is Hurtigruten's Estonian branch of the company, focused on phone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. There are over 300 employees from over 40 different countries working in the Tallinn office. Since our ships will be operating in new destinations, we are looking for more travel and tourism enthusiasts to join our Team in Tallinn.

Your daily tasks:

• Offer consultative selling and service, maximise every sales opportunity through all our communication channels
• Identify Customer needs and respond in professional and timely manner
• Utilize every opportunity to convert customers via inbound or outbound contact
• Enter, update and document all Customer information into system according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up Customer contacts where necessary
• Identify and escalate issues to ensure resolution
• Manage and resolve Customer complaints and ensure customer retention
• Be available for crisis training and on-call support when required
• Complete tasks given by direct supervisor
• Operate in a shift environment

• Excellent written and verbal French language skills (at least C1 level)
• Sales and travel/tourism experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility
• Self-motivating working style and good planning skills
• Readiness to work flexible hours

Beneficial skills

• Experience of living in a French-speaking country is beneficial
• Contact centre experience

• Working time: full-time work based on monthly schedules, opening hours: Mon-Fri 10.00 - 20. Sat 10.30 - 18.00, Sun: Closed.
