Requirements for candidates
Our office in Vilnius is looking for a Russian-English Interpreter in Customer Service. The role entails translating incoming audio and video calls in Russian and English. We are looking for candidates with excellent Russian and English language skills (verbal and written), strong communication and administration skills, a customer-focused approach, attentiveness, and a positive attitude. This is a working from home position.
• fluency in Russian (C1)
• good command of English (C1)
• higher or secondary special education
• client-oriented work attitude
• good communication skills
Job description
• taking incoming video and audio calls from legal entities and individuals
• qualified and full interpretation on different topics
• support for high-standard telephone calls
• putting the customers' data into the database
