Job description

We seek an experienced Project Management Team Lead with strong leadership and organizational skills to guide our Customer Delivery and EU Defense development projects. In this role, you´ll manage team and project portfolios and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective project delivery.
Manage the project portfolio, ensuring coordination, tracking, and achievement of project goals across the portfolio.
Delegate tasks efficiently, coordinating between departments to maintain alignment with project objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align goals and promote smooth collaboration.
Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that the most critical ones are addressed first.
Identify and apply best practices to boost efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance outcomes, while leading efforts to keep the team agile and adaptable to evolving business needs.
Manage and adapt to changes in the portfolio effectively, including impact analysis.
Guide the team in navigating risks through contingency planning and iterative problem-solving.
Take on complex projects when required, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of project managers.
5+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably client-facing projects in a technology company.
Proven leadership in guiding and mentoring teams, fostering continuous growth and a can-do attitude.
Strong adaptability, cooperation, and communication skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practice implementation.
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues and risks through scenario planning.
Second-level higher education and fluency in English.

You are a good fit if you have the following:

A professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA.
Proficiency in MS Project and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Experience with EU projects.
