Job Qualifications

Required:

skills and interest to work in international environment,
education in logistics,
work experience as logistics specialist, order support, shipping coordinator or similar,
proficiency in Estonian and English languages,
excellent communication skills,
working well independently and enjoying working in a team,
responsible and paying attention to details,
strive for great customer service

Beneficial:

previous work experience in manufacturing company
Russian language skill in communication level
previous work experience with SAP
work experience with custom and export regulations

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Finished products purchase orders and sales invoices handling
Communication with sales representatives, negotiating about delivery times
Communication and agreements with transport companies
Processing customs documentation
Entering orders into system (SAP), checking prices
Communication with production, purchase and warehouse staff about orders and production plan
Export reporting

Working Time: mostly from Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00, but under a schedule covering sometimes a weekend (4-8 weekends per year, with free weekdays to compensate that)
