Critical aspects of the job:
• Building and maintaining a diverse and reliable supplier base across different regions
• Sourcing newness from existing suppliers
• Creating and enforcing supplier agreements, including terms and conditions
• Overseeing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and rush
production if necessary
• Keeping control that our suppliers deliver on time
• Overseeing the replenishment buying carried out by the Buying Assistant and mentoring them
effectively
• Collaborating on product innovation initiatives with the CPO and Product team
Other aspects of the job:
• Ensuring that all procurement-related documents (commercial invoices, credit notes, packing
lists, etc.) are accurate
• Continuously analysing cost structures and seeking innovative ways to minimize expenses
• Monitoring competitors and industry trends to ensure that the product range remains
competitive and up to date
• Coordinating with the digital merchandiser and marketing team to align product launches and
availability with promotional activities and sales strategies
• Updating our Distribution Hub about incoming shipments
• Fostering a collaborative environment where all the stakeholders feel seen, heard, and valued

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can create and optimize systems. You might not
know about piercing jewellery (yet!) but are willing to become an expert, so you are detail-oriented
and have a technical flair. Youre agile, innovative, and never shy about suggesting fresh ideas.
Moreover, you excel at building and maintaining good relationships with our suppliers, and flexible
and supportive towards your team.

You'll be a great fit if you:
• Have a bachelor's degree and +4 years in procurement/buying roles
• Are strategic, detail-oriented, and always thinking a few steps ahead
• Excel in building strong relationships and communicating with key stakeholders
• Are driven, ambitious, and ready to grow with us

Training provided
Onboarding training will be imparted in Malta/ Germany. It will last 3-6 months.
