Candidates who wish to participate in the tests must be in possession of the following requisites:

1)   must be, in the date of this notice, at least 18 years old;

2)   must be of a healthy physical constitution;

3)   must be in possession of the following title of study: primary school diploma or equivalent;

4)   must be a resident in Estonia for at least two years;

5)   must be in possession, in the date of the driving test, of a valid driving license for the performance of the tasks of a driver in Estonia.
