What you bring:

You have successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a related field, or a comparable qualification
You have 5 years of professional experience in application support, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing is a definite advantage
You bring good knowledge of sales and marketing processes and activities
You have proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0)
You have knowledge in Power BI
You have a service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills in English, and German language proficiency is considered a plus

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

You manage internal projects related to MS Dynamics implementation and customization in an agile environment.
You collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements and goals.
You take ownership of business processes and relevant support cases
You provide exceptional stakeholder support, addressing inquiries and issues related to MS Dynamics and ensuring customer satisfaction
