Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant medical institutions across Estonia.
Builds high level expertise and knowledge in assigned therapy area.
Present and discuss clinical data, promotes assigned products to medical professionals using different channels for interactions (F2F, phone, email, web call) which are in line with local legislation on medicines' promotion.
Collect and communicate insights from medical professionals to help shape strategy for company products.
Takes full ownership for localization of promotional materials (including, but not limited: managing translations, proofreading, material printing, localization of advertisements, etc.) within agreed timelines.
Support and participate in medical congresses, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
Ensure compliance with medical guidelines, ethical standards, local regulations and Company SOPs.

Requirements for Candidates:

Medical Doctor (MD), Pharmacist (PharmD), or advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD).
Strong scientific background in pharmaceuticals, with a deep understanding of MS area (neurology).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific information.
Fluency in English and Estonian (both written and spoken) is a must.
Prior experience in an MSL or similar field-based role is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Profound knowledge of key stakeholders, healthcare and market access environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and medical databases.
Ability to travel within Estonia and occasionally within the Baltic region for meetings and events. Driver license (B type)
