Join our team as a Senior Analyst, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing our risk control processes. You'll have the opportunity to innovate by designing and testing automated tools for risk limits management, while enhancing data management processes to ensure full coverage of data lineage and metadata. In this role, youll contribute to improving compliance with BSBS 239 principles and ECB RDARR guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide crucial support, and take on diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Gross salary. 3200-4800 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
What You Will Do:
- Lead Risk Limits Management: Take charge of overseeing and performing risk limits management processes to ensure robust risk control.
- Innovate with Process Automation: Play a key role in designing and testing automated risk limits management tools.
- Enhance data management: Coordinate data management process in risk reporting area to ensure that it is fully covered with data lineage and metadata.
- Enhance Compliance: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving adherence to BSBS 239 principles and ECB RDARR guidelines.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and drive success.
- Support and Flexibility: Provide essential support to your team and step in to substitute for team members when needed.
- Tackle Diverse Tasks: Handle a variety of relevant tasks assigned by your direct or functional manager, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
What We Expect:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management or related field
- Experience: Proven experience in risk management, risk reporting or data management. Experience with BCBS 239 compliance or risk limits management processes will be considered as an advantage.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage both qualitative and quantitative tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capable of independent decision-making and project coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills. Experience with MS Power Platform application (Power BI, Power Automate, Sharepoint, etc.) would be considered as an advantage.
- Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
