Job description:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities. Develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met with a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments. Use insights to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management. Use data to drive decision-making and improve strategies, hold the responsibility of forecasting and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Estonian language skills
  • Minimum three years of previous work experience in sales, and key account management preferable in an international company.
  • Marketing communication and retail marketing understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • Good reporting skills (expert MS PowerPoint and Excel skills).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow-through on agreements.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive and achieve challenging goals and growth of business results in a constantly changing environment.
  • Experience in mobile devices, telecom operators, or related telecommunications tools is highly valued and considered a strong advantage.
