Requirements for candidates

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

Capable to communicate in English

Impeccable driving record with valid and clean driving licence

Possibility to work on weekends, holidays, and if necessary, night and long-distance journeys

Experience about facility management

Good customer service and communication skills, dealing with people at all levels

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Providing transportation to Ambassador and official visitors (including regional trips)

Providing transportation for an administrative vehicle

Keeping the vehicle clean and serviceable in line with Embassys transport policy and manufacturers manual

Keeping an accurate record of all journeys in a vehicle logbook

Registration of official diplomatic vehicles as well as other private owned vehicles of korean diplomats

Assisting with the facility management tasks

Perform other duties as assigned

Nice to have

Experience of working for an international organisation/driving diplomatic or VIP personnel

Basic administration/IT skills, including Microsoft Office, to perform data entry, internet research, etc.

Interest in Korea preferred

The Korean Embassy in Tallinn was opened and we are looking for an Embassy Driver to provide professional and secure transportation to our Ambassador and high-level visitors.

Flexibility and confidentiality are essential for this position. Working closely with Security staff, the applicant must have strong communication skills, and work well under pressure of time constraints.
