The main duties of the position:

Implementing, operating, and monitoring Baltic RCC's services.
Modeling and analysis of services and processes necessary to ensure the reliability of electrical systems.
Working with data exchange platforms, analytical optimization and modeling software and automating work processes.
Developing and implementing Baltic RCC's services in joint projects with Baltic and European grid operators.
Participation in international working groups for the preparation and implementation of regional and pan-European processes.
Collaborating with all European TSOs and Regional Coordination Centers.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering or other technical field (information technology or energy is preferred).
Basics of programming (previous experience with Python and other programming languages is beneficial).
Knowledge of the fundamentals of the electrical network at least at a basic level.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Oral and written communication skills in English.
Proactivity and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using a computer and basic office software.

Baltic RCC is a grid security service provider for Baltic System Operation Region (SOR), established in 2022 in Tallinn, Estonia.

Our mission is to support the power system security of supply in Baltics and in Europe by providing system operation related services to transmission system operators (TSO-s).
