Information and expectations

We are seeking a talented and results-driven recruiter to join our team!

As a Recruiter at Liigu, your primary responsibility is to successfully manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish through various recruitment channels. Your particular focus will be on support specialists and car delivery operators (or ninjas, as we call them). Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping job postings up to date on recruitment sites. This role requires strong organisational and excellent communication skills during the candidate selection stages.

Place of work

You will be working on-site at Liigu's office, located at Lai 11-1 in Tartu.

Expectations of the candidate:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members at various levels, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience: A track record of success as a recruiter or in a similar role, ideally within top high-growth companies or organisations.
  • Evaluation and decision-making skills: Expertise in effectively assessing candidates, with a strong ability to screen applications, evaluate both hard and soft skills, and determine cultural fit, combined with the confidence to make well-reasoned decisions in selecting the best candidate for the role.
  • Time management skills: Ability to plan ahead to meet recruitment needs and deadlines.
  • Independent work ethic: Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member in a multidisciplinary environment, utilising recruitment tools.
  • Language proficiency: Strong Estonian and English skills to communicate effectively with candidates, partners, and colleagues throughout the recruitment process.
  • Key characteristics: Good-natured, with a positive attitude, a friendly and pleasant communicator, good stress tolerance, adaptable and a quick learner, passionate and dedicated.
  • Employer branding management: Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and mission in all recruitment efforts.

Main tasks

  • Mapping the company's needs: Determine the number of open positions to fill and develop a recruitment plan. Identify the most effective channels to meet these needs, including conducting targeted searches.
  • Recruitment and selection: Find, filter and attract qualified applicants for open positions. Review resumes, focusing on the skills that best match the requirements, and interview candidates. Prepare and distribute job postings.
  • Organising recruitment processes: Arranging and conducting job interviews in person or via calls, and if necessary, preparing test tasks or setting up an observation day.
  • Development of processes: Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy and process.
  • Documentation management: Collaborating with hiring managers and board members to develop candidate profiles, and preparing ninja contracts for review and signing.
  • Analytical reporting: Analysing recruitment data, tracking key metrics, and using insights to optimise the hiring strategies. Provide regular updates to the board on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and stored properly in our systems.
  • Negotiation and assistance: Negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Cooperation with the rest of the team: Working closely with the board members and the entire team to ensure efficient communication and overall success in the recruitment process.

What we offer

  • A unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company, working closely with the entire team.
  • Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
  • Monthly activity support to boost your hobbies and interests.
