As SAP Superuser you will play an important role in our currently ongoing SAP system transformation journey. Implementing several new SAP Supply Chain Management Solutions (EWM, IBP, TMS, TSS) globally and locally at the same time is a huge challenge and needs experienced, confident, and curious people to support the user experience and implementation project success. Being part in this journey is a great opportunity to leverage SAP knowledge and expertise, grow new skills and your network. This is a full time hybrid position based at our Tallinn office. 

-   Support SAP end users with any kind of system related issues occurring during every-day activities and during system implementations

-   Investigate and troubleshoot variations from the normal process flow

-   Support system implementation projects and releases by performing UAT and supporting project team with expertise

-   Support local and global process improvement work by investigating opportunities, testing and sharing expertise

-   Continuously improve SAP SU internal processes

-   Identify end user training needs

-   Investigate and analyze system usage improvement opportunities

-   Previous knowledge and experience of SAP ERP or SAP SCM solutions 

-   Understanding of Supply Chain Management, logistics & production processes 

-   Communication skills and customer focus (empathic, patient, approachable)
