Scope of responsibilities

Operate as a strategic partner as part of the People Partners team to deliver technical and strategic HR advice across a range of areas such as performance and talent management, organizational development, issue resolution, workforce planning, HR procedures and policies.
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Participate in the development, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures for the department in line with legislative and business requirements.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Advise on compensation strategies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Actively participate in external/internal Employer Branding formation and execution.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience with a focus on business support, preferably in a multinational organization.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
Experience with change management and organizational development.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization.
Well-time-organized person, discreet, precise, and responsible.
Ability to travel.
