Qualifications needed to be successful in this role

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kubernetes administration, including designing, deploying, and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
Well developed understanding of containerization concepts and technologies (Docker, container runtimes).

Your key responsibilities in this role will be

Design, deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters
Perform upgrades, patches and maintenance tasks on Kubernetes
Implement and maintain security policies, ACL and compliance requirements for Kubernetes
Monitor cluster health, performance, capacity and implement proactive measures to optimize performance and resource utilization
Provide guidance and mentorship for other team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
