We're looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join the team to help ensure component availability for New Robot Manufacturing, and Spare Parts forecast, based on company's growth plans.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Purchase order management from creation, partner discussion, confirmations, to tracking in ERP
- Partner delivery management by checking the delivery status periodically
- Communicating with vendors to solve supply and delivery issues
- Searching new suppliers, if needed, and taking price offers
- Inbound logistics planning
- Communicating with customs in terms of inbound deliveries
- Working with cross functional team to launch and sustain new projects
- Process optimisation

What we hope You'll bring to the table:
- Understanding Supply Chains
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing roles
- Good experience with ERP systems
- Good Excel skills
- Good verbal and written English
- Electronics component sourcing experience is a huge plus
