Main responsibilities:

Preparing payroll data in Estonia and Germany ensuring complete and timely processing in accordance with payroll schedule and deadlines
Updating and maintaining payroll related systems and databases
Processing new joiners, leavers and contract changes
Coordinating employee benefits
Participating in other HR projects
