While experience in the Gambling/Gaming Industry is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement for this position.

Job Description

Welcoming and assisting incoming VIP customers, promoting ongoing campaigns and upcoming events, also cross-selling to our online casino.
Overviewing game progress on-site.
Keeping data up to date with needed statistics.
Managing personalized rewards and VIP treatments.
Collaborating closely with the casino manager and other teams to address customer issues and requests effectively.
Gathering customer data and insights to enable personalized customer interactions.
