The opportunity:

As a seasoned Tax Consultant, you will find yourself engaging in our dynamic Tax team, in a role that offers professional fulfillment and growth. Here, you will collaborate with your team, offering strategic consultation, guidance, and expertise to a broad spectrum of clients and complex businesses. You will have a unique opportunity to sharpen your technical knowledge, management skills, and business instincts, surrounded by a team of driven and dedicated professionals. You will work closely with the top-level management, helping businesses in understanding, managing, and optimizing their tax obligations, thereby enabling them to realize their vision.

Key opportunities you will explore:

Evolve businesses by delivering pragmatical solutions that enhance day-to-day reporting for direct, indirect or green taxes. Your input will play an integral role in shaping their strategies and play a key role in their growth journey.
Become a go-to expert for clients looking to improve their working capital, reduce errors, cut costs, and navigate the tax laws. You will be their guide, ensuring they keep pace in the disruptive compliance environment and increasing cooperation of the Tax Authorities
Based on your unique expertise, you will have the opportunity to influence your clients operations by advising how taxes impact their supply chain and their financial and accounting systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

Bachelors degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or other business related field
Proven work experience in tax for 2 years
Strong foundation of tax technical, analytical skills and experience
Fluent English and Estonian
