In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Service and product cx throughout the customer journey, including digital and physical channels
- Service and product portfolio management, including pricing and invoicing
- Service and product in digital development portfolio and process
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business goals into actionable product features and functionalities
- Assessing market needs and the competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities for the product's growth
- Monitoring key performance metrics to ensure the business success of the products and services
- Product level support and training to cross-functional teams
- Ensuring service and product-related information is up to date in ordering channels
As the ideal candidate for this position, you have:
- Proven track record of success in product manager, product owner or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights leading to informed decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Experience in digital development of services
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is desirable
