We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the BI Analytics Guild and enhance the Business intelligence capabilities within Swedbank. We are team players and continuously developing our way of working in reporting.

Responsibilities may include:
- Design, develop a test stable and reliable fit-to-purpose BI solution
- Support and maintain existing end-to-end BI solutions on SAP Business Objects reporting platform
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and business users
- Be part of Swedbanks mission to is increase its analytical capabilities and diversify its data landscape
What is needed in this role:
- Relevant academic degree and/or several years of experience within relevant area of work
- Strong logical thinking and ability to make conclusions on data
- Genuine interest to learn new skills and help others to succeed
- Good communication, presentation, collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and share the best practices in BI area development
- Readiness to concentrate on the details
Advantages if you have:
- Experience working in large corporations
- Experience working with SAP business intelligence reporting tools
- Experience working within the financial industry within business units
- Experience in schema architecture, SQL query creation, ETL, data integration, dimensional modelling, and service management in BI platforms
- Experience with Agile methodologies

If you are to be employed in Latvia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2200-3100 € gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2500-3400 € gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are to be employed in Estonia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2500-3400 € gross i.e. before taxes.
