Are you passionate about leading strategic initiatives and driving change?
We are looking for a leader who:
- Has demonstrated leadership experience in infrastructure services (having experience in Oracle Exadata platform is considered as a plus);
- Implements and drives change effectively;
- Develops and leads engineers, who provide high tech essential services for Swedbanks clients;
- Has experience working with Cloud technologies;
- Encourages growth by empowering others to reach their full potential;
- Supports a cross-functional team in continuously improving Agile methodologies and ways of working;
- Shows courage and builds trust, creating a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Has great communication and networking skills as well as fluency in English;
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field (management, IT etc) is considered a plus.
What will be your daily work in this role:
- Lead a cross-functional team of highly skilled database professionals.
- Great communication management, including interaction with stakeholders.
- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog.
- Define clear responsibilities and priorities for your teams.
- Collaborate with other Team Managers and management team to ensure that our organization is set up to support the execution of the committed roadmap.
- Align your work and the teams contribution to the banks direction and strategy.
- Coach and support your team, as well as be open to the continuous development of your own leadership skills.

If you are to be employed in Latvia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 3600-5400 € gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 4550-6850 € gross i.e. before taxes.
