About this opportunity
Welcome to Transaction Banking within Business Banking. Our services include cash management, cards, mobile payments and trade finance. As the Senior Business Risk Manager, you will play an integral role in providing the expertise necessary for Transaction Banking to manage its non-financial risks, with specific focus on information and communication technology risks.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively assess, advise and support leaders and employees in risks related to information security, technology and data
- Drive and support non-financial risk assessments related to the TxB applications
- Represent TxB in topical regulatory and risk forums
- Support and/or drive work related to closure of self-identified gaps, as well as the gaps identified by Group Internal Audit (GIA) and Second Line of Defence (2LoD) with/or on behalf of management in TxB
- Participate in or lead projects, task forces and working groups in the area of non-financial risks
- Run/support risk and control processes such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment, incident reporting, Change Risk Management and Approval
You will join a Nordic team of colleagues with a variety of background and skills. We work closely together with all parts of Business Banking, all actors in our different value chains and other risk organisations in the bank. Primary location for this role is Sweden, Finland, Estonia or Poland.

Your experience and background:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within risk management, audit or compliance
- Have expert knowledge of information technology and/or information security
- Detailed understanding of the IT requirements and IT processes is meriting
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- English spoken and written (Professional level)
