Requirements for candidates

Higher education attested by a diploma (Bachelors Degree)
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, of which a minimum of 1 year of experience in Event, Travel, or a related field
Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment
Proven strong level of personal integrity
Supportive and helpful personality, with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment
Very good English language skills; Estonian language knowledge is considered an asset

Job description

infeurope is looking for a Communication and Events Assistant for eu-LISA, an institution of the European Commission in Tallinn.

TASKS

Providing support to arrange and coordinate events in Tallinn and other EU countries for an international audience
Providing assistance to elaborate and update the communication strategy
Support for the social media strategy for channels like Linkedin
