Responsibilities:

Take care of employees mentor and coach, explain organizational changes, resolve issues and conflicts, identify training needs and support and guidance in other ways as required;
Recruitment in line with business needs and onboarding of new employees;
1:1 meetings and 360-degree reviews, provision of feedback;
Set individual goals and OKRs and track the progress;
Create and maintain system specification documentation;
Testing process improvement;
Diagnose and resolve systems problems;
Work closely with the Development Team to deliver winning products.

This role assumes your time is shared between individual contributor activities as well as leadership activities.

Qualifications:

2+ years of QA experience;
Leadership experience;
Excellent knowledge of English;
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
Experience with Agile or iterative software development methodologies;
Understanding of the importance of user experience and browser compatibility issues;
Proficiency in static testing.
