Requirements for candidates

At least 1 year of experience in similar sales roles.
Working with the Entertainment/Content industry is an advantage (i.e. digital distributor, pay-tv, telecommunication, movie studio, video games, music industry, etc.).
Knowledge of the Estonian market.
An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven personality.
Problem-solving and personal time management.
Bachelors degree in business.
Fluent language skills in English & Estonian, both orally and written.
Passionate about Entertainment, Technology.

Job description

Build and own relationships with existing and new partners across Estonia.
Work closely cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Content teams to identify opportunities to bring Go3 to the core of our partner's campaign and across their channels.
Prepare and negotiate the commercial offers and ensure agreements to achieve assigned sales goals.
Own the responsibility for ensuring relevant Go3, Go3 Sport & Go3 Film channel brands positioning and representation.
Define corrective actions to improve effectiveness and results.
Handle everyday Key Account Manager tasks.
