Are you passionate about requirements analysis and digitalization in Trade Finance services?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Perform business requirement analyses of assigned project portfolio and participate in discovery work of proposed investment opportunities;
- Work with requirements in cooperation with product organization, engineers and other stakeholders;
- Work in an Agile way to continuously deliver value and grow professionally;
- Work alongside other professionals in a cross-functional and cross-border team, located in the Baltics and Sweden;
- Prepare development related documentation in accordance with Swedbank Agile framework, making sure they are comprehensible to the cross-functional team(s) and perform acceptance testing of projects within assigned project portfolio;
- Collaborate with Agile Product Owner and other team members to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the backlog;
- Lead and participate in various testing activities.
What is needed in this role:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, ability to understand complex business processes and how they work together;
- Demonstrated experience in business requirements analysis, working with projects, performing business acceptance testing, business maintenance, analyzing functionalities and process analyses;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and oral;
- Previous experience working within the financial Industry (knowledge of Trade Finance business and processes is beneficial);
- Being solution-oriented and open-minded team player with desire to improve continuously;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one;
- Previous experience in IT systems requirements analysis, maintenance or development is considered as an advantage.

If you are to be employed in Estonia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2500-3700 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
