Requirements for candidates

A university degree, either completed or in progress, is a plus.
Significant relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a university education.
A minimum of 6 months' experience in financial crime is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Basic familiarity with crypto assets is a must.
Proficiency in a Nordic language and/or another EU language is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, particularly in the context of financial crime.
Legal eligibility to work in Estonia and a clean criminal record.

Job description

Adhere to financial crime guidelines and internal policies
Monitor, manage, and control workflow processes
Provide constructive feedback for the enhancement of our AML & Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) services, policies, systems, and processes
Offer operational support during weekends on a rotational basis, in coordination with team members
Assess and make decisions on potentially high-risk orders or high-value transactions
Conduct reviews of high-risk customer profiles and transactions, and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.

Meritorious Qualities

Fluency in Swedish and experience in Financial Crime and/or Customer Service.
