Your main responsibilities will be to

Demo Cyberneticas data exchange products for stakeholders with different background (from DevOps engineers to C-level executives)
Train our clients on the deployment and use of our products to ensure the administration and operation of data exchange platform components
Present to audiences of one to 25 people either online or on-site
Compile and refine training materials such as training agenda, presentations, checklists, handouts, manuals and any other materials that support successful training outcomes
Become the trusted advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between our Business, Deployment and Product teams
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams in compiling materials, planning for demos / trainings and sharing customer feedback

As a successful candidate, you must have

Excellent English skills both in speech and in writing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide trainings and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel in a clear and concise manner
The ability to quickly master new technologies
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline (or proven technical background)
Minimum 2 years' presales, technical training or similar customer-facing experience
A high degree of initiative and happy responding to change
Strong bonus: knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese languages
Willingness to travel
