In Hurtigruten Customer and Sales Centre in Tallinn, there are over 300 employees from 40 different countries. Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English language skills (at least C1 level)
• Customer service experience and communication skills
• Handling multiple tasks and demonstrating flexibility
• Handling work in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivating working style and good planning skills
• Readiness to work flexible hours

Beneficial skills

• Experience of living in English speaking country is beneficial
