If You have:

• Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, buying or category management;
• Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management;
• Entrepreneur mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;
• Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;
• Highly responsible and punctual personality;
• Ability to work independently;
• Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);
• Fluency in English.

We will entrust You:

• Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories, including pan-Baltic promotions;
• Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy;
• Analyse the performance of promotions against the set target;
• Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories;
• Manage marketing service income according to the target;
• Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories;
• Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility.

Compensation:

Salary will depend on assessment of candidate's competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
