Hiring for a role focused on providing exceptional client service and efficient problem-solving. Responsibilities include resolving internal and parent-company employee issues promptly and effectively.
Key Objectives of the Role
- Communicating with clients, solving problems
- Solving and prioritizing problems inside Genius and the parent company
- Helping other Support Analysts with their work, solving problems, forwarding the information to the Development Team when necessary, and providing feedback to clients
- Create and maintain a knowledge base for known issues and solutions
- Monitoring, investigating, and reporting queries from internal and external teams with the help of multiple internal and external applications
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Communication skills

- Computer skills (basic Networks, System Monitoring, Windows Server management, MS Office)
- Problem-solving, critical thinking
