The multicultural company together with our second brand Xfly/Nordica has become one of the mayor CPA providers in Europe and currently employs over 650 people from 30 different nationalities. We have bases in Tallinn, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Turku, Aarhus, Vilnius, Sofia, Lisbon, Munich and Hamburg. We provide long-term ACMI services for major airlines in Europe.

Our current fleet consists of 22 aircraft, consisting of between ATR72-600s, CRJ900s, and Airbus A320s, and is continuously growing. We operate ACMI production under “wet-lease” contracts and on behalf of our customers. We currently actively recruit new talents all over Europe to support our ambitious growth plan.   • Crew roster building covering:
  • Base allocation on the basis of optimized manpower planning.
  • Crew bids for specified duties
  • Optimized standby and overnight deployment
  • Vacation/holiday management for all crews in line with crew agreements
  • Coordinate with Pairing Management for adjustments to manpower distribution to ensure optimized coverage and cost-efficient solutions
  • Monitor and track crew productivity KPIs
  • Ensure close cooperation with training department in order training manpower resource is carried out in efficient manner
  • Participate in the risk assessment of hazards identified in the crew planning, resourcing and logistics domain.

Requirements and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced experience with crew rostering, as well as managing international teams.
  • The ability of strong working knowledge of the scheduling process, crew agreements, and legislative parameters as well as business acumen
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced in Crew management systems
