Our HR team is looking for a HR SPECIALIST

(fixed term contract for maternity leave)

Your role & the goal

Our new HR Specialist loves working with people and communicates with different nationalities. The right person is always eager to find solutions and positive outcome for all the cases we are facing. You have can-do attitude and you do not afraid challenges! 

What you will do

• Supporting and advising employees in HR related questions
• Taking care of Employment documentation
• Handling employee data and entering relevant programs and registers, and keeping up to date
• Sending data to payroll and make sure the salary information is updated
• Keep eye on the scheduling and entering the sick leave data
• Composing and planning employee's vacation schedule
• Preparing reports and preparing bonus calculation
• Taking part of onboarding and offboarding, and conduct exit interviews

What we are expecting

• HR related education and previous work experience in HR field
  
• Good communication skills both in Estonian and English
• Good knowledge of Estonian Employment Law, Taxes and payroll
• Planning and prioritizing skills
• Trustworthy and committed attitude
• Experience with Persona V3 program and working in the company 150+ employees is a plus
