Cybernetica’s digital identity technologies department is providing customers with identity management, onboarding, and secure digital identification and electronic signature solutions. We develop software, do research, analysis, and advise our clients in different aspects related to digital identity. The SplitKey technology that we’ve developed powers Smart-ID authentication and digital signature service that has over 2 million end-users in the Baltics and is used by top Nordic banks, leading telcos, and e-commerce providers (the service is provided by SK ID Solutions).
We are looking for a project manager to join our fast-growing digital identity technologies team.
Your main goal as a project manager will be to ensure smooth and systematic planning and managing of software development projects and other digital identity related projects from start to end. You will be working together with a team of smart, competent and highly skilled specialists who are the best in their field.
Your main responsibilities will be
- Planning and managing software, analysis, research and consultancy projects
- Ensuring regular progress of the project and deliveries according to the agreed schedule
- Managing the time of the project team
- Planning and managing expectations and changes in an ongoing project
- Managing the relationship with the customer, communicating with the customer and identifying customer needs
- Preparing project documentation and bids for tenders
As a successful candidate you must have
- At least 3 years of experience in managing software development projects
- Previous customer relationship management experience
- High level of responsibility and systematic approach to your work
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skill
- Higher education
- Excellent command of English in speaking and writing
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP-ACP or PMP) is an advantage
