We have bases in Tallinn, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Turku, Aarhus, Vilnius, Sofia, Lisbon, Munich and Hamburg. We provide long-term ACMI services for major airlines in Europe.

Our current fleet consists of 22 aircraft, consisting of between ATR72-600s, CRJ900s, and Airbus A320s, and is continuously growing. We operate ACMI production under “wet-lease” contracts and on behalf of our customers. We currently actively recruit new talents all over Europe to support our ambitious growth plan. To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for a Employee Lifecycle Coordinator, Crew.

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for our employment partners regarding administrative/HRM matters for crew
  • In cooperation with employment partners, and other internal stakeholders (crew resource, training and planning) coordinating the employee onboarding and offboarding process of crew members, in regards of changes of contracts as of workload, base and position, and termination of contracts.
  • Coordination of Payroll data 
  • Compliance check of incoming Invoices
  • Overseeing the Remuneration guides to reflect the current agreed conditions.
  • Overseeing terms and conditions in specific base and country (CLAs, labor law)
  • Maintaining Master Data in HR system
  • Generating reports
  • Improving data management processes
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by direct superior.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and organization;
  • Analytic skills and problem-solving skills;
  • High sense of responsibility and preciseness;
  • Ability to work in team and individually;
  • Have good communication skills and cultural awareness;
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office), especially excel
  • Having the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Three years of related administrative experience
