To be successful in it, you need to:

- Have at least full 1 years of relevant experience

- Strong experience in Java software development

- Have experience with any frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

- Have knowledge and experience in agile methodology

- Be a team player who cares about colleagues and clients

- Be very good at Estonian language
