- Experience in working as a full-cycle recruiter and conducting interviews
- Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently and effectively, juggle several projects
- Have a proactive approach, high ethical standards and love teamwork
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and Russian
Work responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and screening for IT and business positions
- Creating job descriptions, carrying out selection processes, organizing and conducting interviews
- Being the first point of contact providing an amazing candidate experience
- Being responsible for statistics and reporting in your workstream
- Contribute to the other HR team initiatives if necessary
