Our Shared Service Centre is looking for a Supply Chain Assistant who values punctuality.
Top qualities in this position are teamwork skills, independence and the courage to ask for help. As a Supply Chain Assistant, your challenge is to manage and close the work orders of Fujitsu Sweden's cooperation partner: company that is operating in 10 countries. In total, there are nearly 2,500 pending work orders which require resolution by August 31. Therefore, it is a position with a fixed-term employment contract.
Supply Chain Assistant tasks are:
- formalizing easier purchase orders;
- managing mobile and television service contracts;
- closing work orders.
Expectations for a Supply Chain Assistant:
- very good spoken and written English;
- skill to read and work through manuals.
Work experience in ServiceNow or SAP is a bonus.
