Are you passionate about observability and automation? Swedbank is looking for a Systems Management Domain Architect with proven record on automation and observability/monitoring

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Work with us on an exciting journey ahead where we will renovate and improve many of our Core Infrastructure solutions to improve resiliency of our business service deliveries
• Participate in developing and implementing our Continuous Infrastructure Automation Pipeline in I&O to improve predictability in our service deliveries
• Take responsibility for the domain in an increasingly complex IT environment where we are heading towards on-premises and cloud environments
• Develop architecture strategies, suggests or supports short-term decisions in the context of the long-term technology direction
• Create architectures focused on design principles, decision points, major system and dependencies between business and IT
• Support our teams by guiding and helping product owners and software engineers to align with the architecture governance and assurance

What is needed in this role:

• A university degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of various aspects of an enterprise technology architecture like business, information, data, network and security
• Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
• Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes
• Understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
• Good cooperation skills and willingness to find solutions across organizational boarders
• Excellent Communication skills. Proficient in verbal and written in English

Advantage if you have:

• Experience of tools such as ServiceNow, Zabbix, AppDynamics, Spunk, Elastic or Dynatrace
• Experience working with Service Asset and Configuration Management and CMDB improvements
