In this role you will lead a functional work team within General Accounting focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities

Providing leadership and professional know-how to Common Shared Services Finance General Accounting team, promoting process excellence.
Leading a team focused on creating, standardizing, maintaining, and optimizing processes within area of responsibility.
Fully managing human resource planning, selection and development of team members.
Ensuring support for timely and accurate financial and business reporting (weekly/monthly).
Ensuring consistent use of the internal control system within area of responsibility. Working closely with Control owners to develop and improve controls and processes.
Ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting of the General Accounting Key Performance Indicators.
Implementing a strategic roadmap and operational plan set by Finance Delivery Manager - General Accounting.

Your background

• Education and work experience in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of Estonian language is preferred
• Excellent routine tolerance, teamwork, and communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude, the ability to think and act in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a benefit
