• Design effective CRM programs across the Potential VIP and VIP customers.
• Manage journeys within our marketing automation platform with focus to upsell customers to VIP segments
• Establish KPI’s and track channel performance to ensure delivery to expected business outcomes and inform future strategy
• Constantly evaluate the campaigns you are running taking a “test, learn & optimise” approach to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from idea generation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation – on budget & on time.
• Work with data analyst to ensure high-quality customer segmentation capability.
• Consistently champion an STP (Segment, Target, Profile) approach to driving relevant & timely communication capable of affecting specific customer behaviours.
