To Succeed in the Role, You Should:

• Proven managerial and leadership skills (organization, planning, monitoring, analyzing, communication, motivation, detecting and preventing issues)
• Fluent English language skills. Other Scandinavian language is an advantage.
• Strong experience in Travel or Hotel Industry, international experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting North Operations team members in their everyday work in all aspects of the operations
• Driving team spirit and coaching team members to develop their competencies and skillset in alignment with the company goals
• Ensuring that procedures, policies, strategies, and deadlines are timely introduced to the team members and followed by them
• Solving operational escalations in timely manner 
• Data discipline and quality control – performing regular checks 
• Conducting weekly team meetings
• Ensuring efficient and professional communication flow between all stakeholders 
• Have full ownership of tours when operating or backing up team members
